Buying committee coverage: What percentage of the decision-making unit have you reached? If you've only engaged the initial champion but haven't touched the CFO, CTO, or other stakeholders who'll have veto power, your deal is at risk. Track this through account-based engagement data, multi-contact attribution, and stakeholder mapping in your CRM.

Narrative consistency score: When someone engages with multiple pieces of your content, do those pieces tell a coherent story? Or are they experiencing fragmented messages that create confusion? You can measure this through content sequence analysis—looking at the actual paths people take through your content and whether those paths create logical progression or cognitive dissonance.

Belief reinforcement frequency: How often are you re-engaging people who've already progressed through earlier stages? Belief decays without reinforcement. Track the cadence of touchpoints for people at each cognitive stage and measure whether engagement frequency correlates with conversion rates.
